Toni Collette has been an Australian actress for more than twenty years. Her fame was first recognized through the comedy Muriel's Wedding and gained even more attention following the release of the mystery thriller The Sixth Sense. Toni Collette was a part of numerous films since then, including The Hours and Japanese Story. Also, she was a part of Little Miss Sunshine, The Way Way Back, Knives Out, Hereditary, The Way Way Back, About a Boy. Her hometown of Falls Church is where she spent the majority of her growing up years. As a young girl, her interest in the arts began when studying at Washington School of Ballet. She initially had great success with her dance career after participating in numerous school plays. While in her senior year, she took part in all the school's musicals which is when she made the switch from dancing to acting. She even received her Equity Card while appearing for the Summer Stock show of Aida. After graduating, Louisa attended Carnegie Mellon University. There she was a drama student. However, she wasn't able to earn a degree as she quit after only two semesters in order to focus on acting. Louisa was born into a big family. Lida Jean Wright was American. The father of her Robert Henry Krause had half Japanese origins. Nathaniel Krause has been a Director in a Movie Company. She is able to spend a great deal of time in her free-time with her family and friends, taking them on vacations and barbecues. There is a strong emotional attachment to her older brother. She even bought him a nearby house to allow them to be closer together. Louisa Krause Career At beginning of her career, she did not perform for money but rather to get noticed by some serious movie companies which was an effective strategy. Her career began by performing in theatres in a variety of off-Broadway productions, but the two most renowned she starred in included In a Dark Dark House as well as Les Liaisons Dangereuses both in 2007. The beginning of 2007, her first movie roles were as a babysitter in Babysitter (2007) and The Speed of Life (2008). Following a gap of two years from acting, she appeared in two films Taking Woodstock and Toe to Toe and then over the next two years concentrated on short films but also earned a great deal of praise for her performance in the show The Flick .
