Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP along with a very unhappy dad Henry. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram platform, @annephung. I write about my experiences- the good, the bad and everything between. I arrived in America with my parents and brother at the age of 1 1/2 years old. older. I wouldn't be living my life and sharing it with you if it weren't for my parents love dedication and hard work. As I knew I could be a successful person and I wanted to achieve my goals and make my parents happy. There was a specific plan for me in life: go to university, get a job, marry, purchase an apartment and have children. I believed that this was the epitome of success but life was not so sure to show me what it meant to be successful. The money and the status of my job was not what I wanted to be. I was convinced that I wasted my life for the opportunity to earn a salary. It was in 2013 that I discovered that my true passion was working out. I also enjoyed getting out and about to aid others. As I moved towards this new direction in life, I started to find private training. In this year, I am celebrating my 7th anniversary. In 2014, I launched my own company. It's rare to meet an Asian woman working in this field. To be a leader in my field and provide quality coaching to assist others in achieving a happier and healthier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to suit their requirements and to reach their objectives. It is my aim to encourage others to chase their dreams, and to live the lives they have always wished for. My career was beginning to flourish, I experienced one of the greatest losses in my life - my mom's passing away. Her battle for 8 years with Scleroderma is over and she rests in Heaven. Her memory will forever remain in my thoughts and brain. The universe has the ability to provide us with the exact thing we require even when we're unable to see the lesson at this moment. The passing of my mother has altered my life in many different ways. I truly believe that my death provided me with the opportunity to begin a new chapter. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. The time was right for her to move on into her new chapter, as well as my opportunity to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life. As I enter my 30's, I feel more alive than ever. It is true that I am living my life now, and not just surviving like I was before. My life is shared with you so that I can talk about my experience and thoughts. This will help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. It is possible to achieving anything you want in your life. Therapy is essential and normal. Health is the best wealth. I pray that you live your life to the fullest and end it without regrets, as dying is the only possibility that awaits all of us during our lives.
