Buenos Aires was her home until she turned 6, and the family moved to Victoria in London. Taylor Joy admitted that the transition from Buenos Aires to Victoria was tough and she did not take the time to learn English and was hoping to go home to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school after she switched from Northlands. Then she enrolled in Queen's Gate School and studied ballet and performed in school's productions. At the age of 16, she quit school she pursued an acting career. Taylor-Joy was an actress as a kid who was certain she would be one. The realization of her dreams came after Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling job.
